Y’all know that I do design and photography by day, but by night, I also play roller derby! I was recently drafted to the High Rollers, and I love being a part of my team! Now I’ve brought two of my loves together, with a Portland flyer design for my beloved team’s upcoming Brunch Fundraiser!
THIS SUNDAY, we’ll be at the Spare Room for a family-friendly brunch, including trivia fun, raffle prizes, and dance-worthy hot jams by DJ Agent Meow! We’ll also have drink specials for the grownups, and activities for the kids, and your admission includes your choice of brunch meal, plus coffee or juice. Come hang out with us and meet some of the world’s best roller derby players! (I’m proud to call them my teammates!)
I had fun designing this flyer, too. We have a high-impact team logo, which gave me some great elements to work with. I created a single-color design to be printed in black, on High-Rollers-green colored paper. We’re going to have a great time!
