Sarah Giffrow

Creative Director + Benevolent Overlord (she/they)

Sarah’s path was set in the days of the Old Internet, after she built her very first webpage in (gasp!) the ’90s. She was raised in a tech-savvy household and went on to get a B.S. in Multimedia Design from the University of Oregon.

Upswept Creative was born out of Sarah’s previous side-hustle as a photographer, where they were often seized by the irrepressible urge to help their photography clients improve their websites.

These days, she calls herself “a website nerd and accidental marketer,” and learning about online marketing over the past decade has only made her better at websites and promoting small businesses in the big world of the internet.

In her spare time, she can be found lifting heavy barbells, refereeing roller derby, cuddling her spicy meatball of a 5-year-old, and giving all the pets to her extremely floofy orange cat, Waffles.

Anna Antic

Project Manager (she/her)

Anna is a seasoned pro when it comes to growing and supporting businesses, honing her knowledge in positions such as the first full-time woman instructor at the United Bicycle Institute and owner of her own yoga studio.

For every client and position she holds, she is fueled by the question, “What actions can I take to care for every member of this community?” and the belief that each of us has a unique story to tell.

Anna also built a strong background in social media and email marketing prior to her project management debut, and asserts that Doge will always and forever be the king of memes. Such royalty. Many funnies. Wow.

Kaïa lives and breathes compelling content for social media. She’ll define your online marketing voice, and fine-tune and amplify your message to resonate with your audience. While dual-wielding analytics tools and copywriting hooks, Kaïa can optimize any campaign to meet your goals.

Web Developer (she/her)

Chynna’s professional journey started in florals, where she discovered her passion for color theory and design, but an interest in the tech industry led her to pursue a certificate in computer programing. She fell in love with Front-End development—combining coding, art, and a passion for connecting with clients.

In her free time, you’ll find Chynna playing tabletop games with her friends or relaxing with a cup of coffee and her favorite cartoons.
